Aim of the lesson: mengenal nama benda; menguasai yes/no question
Language focus: huruf alfabet, kosakata sayuran, yes or no
Materials: gambar sayur-sayuran, flashcard
Key vocabulary: broccoli, cabbage, carrot, spinach ....
Key expressions: Is it cabbage? (by showing “cabbage” picture) Yes,it is.
Is it spinach? (by showing “broccoli” picture) No, it’s not. It is broccoli.
Duration/Time allocation: ...35... menit

Teaching procedures:
Pre-activity
Warming up
Siswa memperhatikan gambar atau flashcard  kosakata yang familiar
Siswa diberi pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan materi :
Do you like vegetables?
What vegetables do you like?

Whilst- activity
Guru menunjukan gambar bayar dan berkata “spinach”
Siswa mengulangi apa yang dikatakan oleh guru
Siswa menuliskan nama sayuran
Siswa memperhatikan gambar
Siswa menebak gambar sayuran dengan mengucap yes or no pada gambar(It is carrot?)
Guru mengarahkan siswa untuk menjawab “yes,it is.”
Guru menunjukkan gambar ‘cabbage’   dddan bertanya “it is spinach”
Siswa diarahkan untuk menjawab “no, it’s not. It is cabbage”9 ulangi kegiatan ini dan biarkan siswa untuk menjawab sendiri)
Guru menyanyikan lagu yang dengan materi untuk membuat pembelajaran jadi menarik dan menyenangkan
Siswa dibimbing untuk bernyanyi bersama

Post-activity
Siswa menyebutkan nama sayuran lain dengan huruf inisial yang sudah dipelajari
Siswa secara berpasangan bermain tebak nama sayur-sayuran yang lain

For Example:
